The megadam`s project on Balastraits, planned by the Banzer-government, was cancelled. So an ecological disaster was prevented.

At the moment they speak in Rurrenabaque about new building of the runway, about shore`s fixing similar to San Buenaventura and about building a bridge over the River of Rio Beni. But as it is in Bolivia - the mills of God grind slowly.
